Reaching out for help can feel extremely uncomfortable, we really get that. Please know that by contacting us, you're not obligated to see us. We always want what is going to be the best option for you, and if it's not our practice, we are more than happy to point you in the right direction.


We specialize in Brainspotting therapy to treat trauma, especially developmental and childhood trauma. Our team can help you navigate and understand complex family relationships as well. We do offer intensive formats of therapy. These services are offered in Black Mountain, NC and beyond.

  1. Get on I-240 E.

  2. Head toward College St.

  3. Turn right onto Woodfin Pl (signs for I-240 E).

  4. Take the ramp onto I-240 E.

  5. Take I-40 E to NC-9 in Black Mountain. Take exit 64 from I-40 E.

  6. Merge onto I-240 E.

  7. Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-40 E toward Statesville.

  8. Take exit 64 for NC-9 toward Black Mountain/Montreat

  9. Turn left onto NC-9 N

  10. Turn left onto Vance Ave

  11. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Black Mountain Ave and our office will be on the right, in the upstairs of Louise's Kitchen

Via US-70 E

  1. Head west on US 70 E.

  2. US 70 E turns into State St when you enter Black Mountain

  3. Turn right onto S Dougherty St/Sutton Ave

  4. Take a right onto Black Mountain Ave.

  5. Our office will be on the left, in the upstairs of Louise's Kitchen​

  1. Merge onto I-40 past L&B Furniture LLC on your right

  2. Take exit 64 for NC-9 N toward Black Mountain/Montreat

  3. Turn right onto NC-9 N

  4. Turn left onto Vance Ave

  5. Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Black Mountain Ave

  6. Our office will be on your right, in the upstairs of Louise's Kitchen
