We specialize in Brainspotting therapy to treat trauma, especially developmental and childhood trauma. Our team can help you navigate and understand complex family relationships as well. We do offer intensive formats of therapy. These services are offered in Asheville, NC and beyond.

Take exit 5B for Charlotte St/US-70 E toward US-74Alt E/Asheville 694/Downtown, near Downtown Asheville hotel.
Turn right onto Charlotte St.
Turn right onto Macon Ave at E.W. Grove Park.
Slight left onto Sunset Terrace. We are the first building on the left.

Via I-26 E

Merge onto I-26 E/US-19 S/US-23 S near North Buncombe Pawn Inc.
Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-240 E/US-70 E.
Take exit 5B for US-70 E/US-74-A E/Charlotte St toward NC-694 near Asheville YMCA.
Sharp left onto US-70 W/Charlotte St.
Continue to follow Charlotte St
Turn right onto Macon Ave.
Turn left onto Sunset Terrace. Our office will be on the left.

Via I-26 E

Merge onto I-40 E/US-74 E.
Use the left lane to take exit 46B to merge onto I-240 E/I-26 W toward Asheville.
Use the 2nd from the left lane to stay on I-240 E, passing The Haywood Street Congregation.
Take exit 5B for US-70 E/US-74-A E/Charlotte St toward NC-694.
Sharp left onto US-70 W/Charlotte St near Takeout Central Asheville.
Turn right onto Macon Ave.
Slight left onto Sunset Terrace and you will reach our office.
