You're a mental health professional out there in the world doing great work already. Maybe you want to fine tune your trauma skills, are trained in brainspotting but want to take it up a notch, or maybe you know you've got a good thing going but you need a mentor to help get you to where you want to be. All of this is my jam, and I love being able to help other professionals.

Complex, Developmental, and Childhood Trauma Case Consultation

I've spent the better part of the past fifteen years studying complex trauma, developmental trauma and childhood trauma. I know that this work has got to be so much more than setting out fires every session. It's the family dynamics, the physiology, your physiology in the therapy room, their boundaries, your boundaries, transference and countertransference, knowing where to dot your i's and cross your t's, but also knowing how to bend flexibly enough to meet your clients where they truly are. This is for clinicians who realize that maybe they've been living in their intellectual, cognitive, thinking part of their brain with the trauma clients for too long, they feel that it's not getting to the depth that they want to be at, and they're ready to deepen that work.

Business Development Coaching and Consultation

My path within my career has been nontraditional - from working in therapeutic wilderness programs, to building out entire programs for young adult residential centers, to then jumping in and building my own private pay practice (in the same 6-months that I sold a house, bought a house, had my second baby, moved to a new town, quit my full time job...yeah. I understand risk.) I'm a rule follower and a risk taker. I work with professionals who are ready to jump out of the confined spaces that this work can sometimes put us in. Whether that's leaving the insurance world for a private pay model, leaving a "generalist" way of practicing to "niching down" and discovering what clients really make your heart sing and how to find them, learning how to build policies and practices within your business that keep you able to do this for the long-haul, how to market yourself to the world and work through how scary it can be - I love working with professionals who are in their next chapter.

Brainspotting through a Developmental Trauma Lens

First things first - I am not a certified brainspotting consultant that sees brainspotters along their certification journey.

The brainspotters that work with me might already be certified. They might already be certified consultants.

This consultation is about more than checking boxes and and getting a new title. I work with brainspotters who are looking to sharpen the tools that they already have and utilize them within the developmental trauma population.
