Our clients really do come from all over. They aren't necessarily looking for the closest "therapist near me." They're looking for the right fit therapist. Sometimes, that means it's not going to be down the street.
We see clients in person in Old Fort, NC just outside of Asheville, NC for trauma therapy and brainspotting. If you happen to be seeking trauma therapy in McDowell County, Buncombe County, or surrounding areas in Western North Carolina, we'd love to see you either in person or virtually.
Our clients are typically looking for someone who really understands trauma, complex trauma, and developmental trauma. They've either done lots of cognitive, insight building work across time and ready to dive into to true change, or maybe it's their first time in therapy and they know that their pain points are connected to deeply rooted pieces from their past.
If you're located near Old Fort, NC outside of Asheville and looking for a trauma therapist, seeing us in our in-person office is an option. If not, we provide virtual therapy regularly across the other states we're licensed in.

Online Therapy Locations
Most of our clients are seen virtually. The truth is, it's more adaptable. Our clients are typically looking for trauma therapy and brainspotting therapy and there are so many barriers as to why people just don't get the help that they need. Online trauma therapy and brainspotting therapy helps clients get what they need more consistently, navigate health related barriers more easily, it often times allows clients to meet in a truly safe space for themselves rather than driving to and from an office, and just generally navigate around the demands of life. It's often this type of stuff that stops people from doing the work that we seek to do. It's the:

"How will I schedule around my kids?"
"My life is busy. How will this work if my schedule is all over the place?"
"I hate driving after I've been crying."

We know how to hold the space you're needing in an online format just as well as anything in person.
